Eligibility

Violations of the following will void entries and be non-refundable.

All Junior Players Must

  • Be between the ages of 7-20.
  • Be sanctioned by the NDA for the 2023-2024 membership year in either a youth or adult league.
    Have played a minimum of 48 league (minimum 12 games in format entered) games between May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024.
    • Qualifying games MUST Obtained in no less than four (4) separate weeks of league play.
    • League games need to consist of ‘01 and Cricket.
  • Be entered in the Championship by an NDA and OCMA Charter Holder, based out of Ohio and on whose machine(s) they have completed the minimum game requirements for championship entry.
  • Have a NDA player-skill rating using the points-per-dart (PPD) and/or marks-per-round (MPR) performance rating system for the event in which they are entered, to be classified.
    • These performance ratings require a player to complete a minimum of 10 league weeks in a single season for the event. Minimum time to obtain a player-skill rating is four separate league nights in four separate weeks.
    • Players who have played 48 league games but DO NOT have a valid PPD or MPR will be classified in the highest level of their age category

All Adult Players Must

  • Be 21 and older and playing only Junior/Adult Doubles with a Junior ages 7-20.
  • Be Sanctioned by the NDA for the 2023-2024 membership year in either a youth/adult league or adult league.
    Have played a Minimum of 96 league (minimum 12 games in format entered) games between May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024.
    • Qualifying games MUST be Obtained in no less than eight (8) separate weeks of league play.
    • League games need to consist of ‘01 and Cricket.
  • Be entered in the Championship by an NDA and OCMA Charter Holder, based out of Ohio and on whose machine(s) they have completed the minimum game requirements for Championship entry.
  • Have a NDA player-skill rating using the Points Per Dart (PPD) and/or Marks Per Round (MPR) performance rating system for the event in which they are entered, to be classified.

All Team Players Must

  • Declare a full team roster, including substitutes, when Entry Certificates Are Completed.
  • MUST play for the same Charter Holder and form a Championship team meeting the above criteria.

Additional Information

Player Changes & Substitutions

  • Prior to April 28, 2024 – Your operator may contact the Championship board to make the needed changes.
  • Player changes or substitutions MUST be in writing from the Charter Holder and include player documentation as required for entries. These changes can be made using our contact form.
  • After April 28, 2024 – Onsite Alternate Rules Will Apply.

On-site Alternates Rules

  • Committee has approved the change 30 minutes prior to the day’s event.
  • An alternate MUST be from the same Charter Holder and meet all the player requirements noted in The Player/Team Championship Eligibility.
  • Alternate players MUST be rated equal to or less than the player they are replacing.
  • It is recommended that possible alternates be submitted, with their statistics, prior to the championship by your operator to avoid delays.
  • Absolutely no one can serve as an alternate on more than one team per event.
  • Any players on your team roster for that event may be rotated in match by match, not between games.

Determining Skill Level

Each event is leveled based on player-skill, allowing fun and friendly competition for all. All open levels in an event have the same payout amount, so all levels of players have a chance to win.

General Gameplay

  • All events will be double elimination.
  • Races will be determined based on level after classification of the championship.
  • All ’01 games will have a round limit of 20.
  • Players will play Cricket 200 and have a round limit
    of 25.

Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated!

Violators will be promptly dealt with by the tournament staff, referees or event committee.

There is NO alcohol permitted inside the venue or in the parking lot.

If anyone is found in violation of this rule, they will immediately be asked to leave.
